  26. Click on the Export icon or select Export from the File menu to Display this window.

  28. Exporting extracts the data from TimeTracker into a tab-delimited format readable by almost every database, spreadsheet, and word processing program.

  30. Select the fields you want to export from the top part of the window, select your exporting options, and then click on Export.

  32. For example, let's say you want to print the information differently than how TimeTracker prints it.  Export the document, and then import it into a database program, such as FileMaker Pro.  Now you will have much greater control on how the information looks when printed.

  34. There is a free FileMaker Pro runtime program available if you don't own FileMaker Pro.  The runtime program only works with the TimeTracker template, but you can't beat the price!
